The Challenge:
Earn points daily throughout the month of January. Whoever has the highest points at the end of the month wins. This challenge will run from January 1st through January 31st, 2025.
Logging:
Members will log points earned each day as “reps” in the Monthly Challenge track. Please also list your point breakdown in your scoring notes each day. On January 31st, you will add up and submit your total score for the challenge.
How to Earn Points:
- 💪Attend a class at our gym that day OR complete an at-home workout (from our workout tracks): 1 point per class (max of 1 point per day)
- ✅Hit the intended stimulus in the class workout (finish the workout within the intended target time/rounds): 1 point per class (max of 1 point per day)
- 🧘Complete the mobility work for the day OR do a 5+ minute stretching session: 1 point (max of 1 point per day)
- 💦Hydration: drink a minimum of half your bodyweight (in pounds) in ounces of water per day (max of one gallon or 128 oz - you can drink more than this but it isn’t required). For example, bodyweight 160 pounds = 80 ounces of water per day. Water mixed into other things (coffee, protein shakes, etc.) doesn’t count: 1 point per day.
- 🎯Post your goals on the goal board: 5 bonus points
- ✍️Have a goal-planning/review meeting with a coach: 5 bonus points (email ryan@themovemeantqc.com to schedule)
- 📣Make a post on social media about hitting a workout at our gym and tag us: 1 point each (max of 1 point per week, 5 point max total).
- 🤝Throughout the entire month, if you bring a friend, you get 2 extra points per friend (there will be a sign-up sheet on the front desk).

The Mayhem Affiliate January Challenge is being hosted at Mayhem Affiliate gyms throughout the world to celebrate that we’re all part of the Mayhem family! Three runner-up winning gyms will each receive a custom Rogue Mayhem branded barbell and their winning challenge athlete will receive a $50 Mayhem apparel gift card. One grand prize gym winner will receive a $1,000 Rogue gift card for their gym and their winning athlete will receive a $100 Mayhem apparel gift card.
