How does it work?
You can pick any week of January to try out class for the entire week for free! 🥳
While you can’t try class for the entire month, or try multiple weeks, we hope this flexibility will allow you to pick which week works best for you. 🤝
Any new member who signs up for a month-to-month membership during Bring a Friend Week will get the first month for ONLY $50, as well as a gift for signing up. Any current member who refers someone who signs up for a month-to-month membership during BAFW will earn $20 per sign up (there will be a sign-up sheet for trials/referrals) at the front desk at each location.

Q: "Do I need to have any prior experience?"
A: No prior experience necessary! Our coaches are experts at helping individuals of all ability levels modify workouts. We promise we can get you a safe and effective workout no matter where you are at on your fitness journey!
Q: "Do I need to attend class with a current member in order to come to BAFW?"
A: No, if you are interested in TM, you can try out the week for free, whether you come with a current member, by yourself, or with another friend!
Q: "Does it cost anything?"
A: Nope, it is completely free and there are no commitments! There's nothing to lose!
