Challenge: Complete ALL 22 Ab Challenge Workouts in April. A different workout will be given in the Monthly Challenge track Monday through Friday each week in April (weekends are off).
All Ab Challenge workouts require zero equipment and can be done anywhere!
Challenge Dates: April 1st through April 30th (weekdays only)

Scoring: You will score each Ab Challenge workout completed in the Monthly Challenge track. On April 30th, there will be a separate score where you note if you completed the entire challenge. Use weekends to make up for any missed days during the week!
