It’s getting to be that busy time of year with the holidays, so we think it’s the perfect time to add in some motivation. 💪

We are going to have an attendance challenge for the month of December, starting on Monday December 2nd!

Here are the details:

  1. The challenge will run Monday, December 2nd through Tuesday, December 31st
  2. Any member of TM is eligible to participate in the attendance challenge.
  3. The challenge will be tracked through the TM app. In order for your points to be tracked, you MUST check-in to the class you attend. There are two different ways you can do this:
    1. Check-in from your phone - You do this by opening the TM Members app, clicking on “Schedule”, then “Classes”, and then clicking on the class you are attending. You need to click "reserve". THEN, click on the class again, and click "check-in". You MUST do both steps or it will not track your attendance.
    2. Check-in using the iPad at either gym. You do have the option to “reserve” your spot on your phone prior to class, so that when you arrive at the gym, your name will show up on the iPad, ready for you to check-in. However, you do not have to do this. You can just search you name when you get to the gym as well, then click on the class time you are attending.
  4. We know it’s a busy time, so… At-Home workouts count too!!! If you do an At-Home workout, just check-in to the class closest to the time you did your workout and that counts!!! You can find At-Home workouts in the TM App. Just click on "Workouts". Then change the track at the top.
  5. You can earn points on Thursdays or Sundays for Open Gym (or an At-Home workout). Just be sure to check-in to the Open Gym time on Push Press.
  6. You do need to choose a workout from one of our tracks for it to count. However, the At-Home track on Thursdays and Sundays often have great recovery style workouts. We still want you to prioritize taking care of yourself so make sure you are choosing a workout that will help you to recover as needed.

  8. Winner will earn a free month! We will also have some smaller prizes for our runner-ups! More info to come.

The goal of this challenge is to work on consistency throughout a busy season. We recognize it can get more difficult to have time for the gym through the holidays, but hopefully this challenge encourages a more flexible approach to staying active. Can't make it for an hour of class but have time for a 20 minute at-home workout?! Great! Get that quick workout in, and then get into the gym for class next time you can!
